Nozomu Saito
Born in 1971, from Hirakawa City, Aomori Prefecture.
After 30 years of working at the city hall, founded GOOD LOOP Inc. in 2024.
Currently serves in multiple roles including company CEO, municipal DX consultant in private companies, and NPO director, while enjoying traveling.
